The second obvious way that people make a lot of money with poker is by betting more than what they actually have. In order to make this kind of bluffer's move work, you will need to make sure that you have a lot of chips and no one can figure out what you are doing. The reason that this mistake can be very difficult to correct is because it can lead to you taking in more money than you really want to. If you have an enormous bankroll, this mistake could very easily result in you losing your entire bankroll.
Many people mistakenly think that just calling their cards and saying that they are "bad" is acceptable. However, you need to make sure that you are calling when you really mean it, even if it means that your cards are not the exact card you had in your hand.
